 Scheduling, Cancellation, and Payment Policies

I deeply appreciate your trust in my massage therapy services, and I am committed to delivering the highest level of care. To maintain fairness and ensure that all clients have access to available appointments, please take note of the following policies.

    • Health History Form: Please complete a Health History Form before your appointment. This allows me to understand your medical background and any conditions that might impact your treatment.

    • Consent Form: Your consent is vital for your treatment. Kindly review and sign the Consent Form to confirm your understanding and agreement to proceed with the massage therapy session.

    • Client Intake Form: To customize your session, I request that you fill out a Client Intake Form. This helps me gather details about your preferences and needs to provide a personalized experience.

    • Liability Waiver: Although every precaution is taken, massage therapy involves certain inherent risks. By signing the Liability Waiver, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

    • Privacy Policy: I respect your privacy. Your personal information and session details will always be kept confidential in accordance with my Privacy Policy, ensuring that your trust is maintained.

  • A non-refundable fee of $40 will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, including no-shows and late cancellations.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other clients. The full appointment fee will still apply. If this is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any required forms. For returning clients, arriving 5-10 minutes before your appointment ensures a smooth and timely start to your session.

  • A rescheduling fee of $40 applies to requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. This fee helps cover space rental costs and compensates for any potential lost income. I understand that emergencies happen, and I will do my best to be flexible in such situations. Please notify me of any changes as soon as possible.

  • For your convenience, I accept payments via debit and credit cards, cash, Venmo, and Zelle.

  • Packages are available for purchase exclusively in person, ensuring that I can tailor them to your specific needs and provide the best service possible.
